What Fathom is

Fathom is a structural field-guide library on relational lifecycles, delivered as a Progressive Web App. The library currently contains nine courses across five phases of relational life. Content is educational and observational; it is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or crisis intervention.

Who Fathom is for

Fathom is for adults capable of independent decision-making about their own lives. Several courses (reset, infidelity, widow, parents, coparent) include mandatory triage gates that direct readers in active crisis to faster, specialist support before they enter the structural material.

If you are in immediate danger, experiencing abuse, or having thoughts of self-harm, contact emergency services or a crisis line in your country immediately. Fathom is not a substitute for crisis intervention.

Account and access

You sign in to Fathom with a single-use magic link sent to your email address. Account, subscription, and audit-log records are stored server-side; reading progress, reflections, and voice notes stay on the device you use. See the privacy policy for the full data inventory.

A free trial gives you the first three lessons of the first three volumes of every course in the library, without expiry, without a payment method.

Subscriptions and pricing

Subscriptions are library-wide, with three plan options: $9.99 per month, $49.99 every 6 months (save ~17% vs monthly), or $79.99 per year (save ~33% vs monthly). All three plans unlock all 9 courses, every lesson, narrated audio in English/Urdu/Hindi, and offline reading. The free trial covers the first three lessons of the first three volumes of every course - no card needed. Payments are processed by Stripe (default) or PayPal (optional). Pricing as listed on the pricing page is current; price changes will not be applied retroactively to active subscriptions.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods unless required by law in your jurisdiction.

Refund policy

If a subscription was charged in error, or you change your mind within 14 days of first purchase and have completed fewer than three lessons of the purchased course, contact support@fathom.courses for a full refund. After 14 days or three lessons, refunds are at our discretion.

Coupons

Coupons are promotional codes redeemable on subscribe and bundle purchases. Each coupon has a start date, end date, percent-off value, and optional total-uses or per-user-once limits set by the issuer. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively, combined with each other, or transferred.

Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or otherwise re-publish Fathom course content. Personal use, on any number of devices you own, is fine. Account sharing is a violation of these terms; one account is for one person.

You may not use Fathom in a way that would violate any applicable law, including laws on harassment, defamation, or intellectual property.

Disclaimers

Fathom content is educational. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or religious counseling. We make no claim that any course, lesson, or framework will produce any specific outcome in your relationships or life. Apply the material with your own judgement and seek qualified professionals where appropriate.

The PWA is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Because the app runs on your device, the experience depends on your browser, OS, and storage availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fathom and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or the website. This does not exclude liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, gross negligence or fraud).

Changes

We may update these terms when the product changes materially (for example, when live billing or server-side accounts launch). Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
